Transferring a Suburban Motorway Operations Control Centre

Escota (the French Riviera motorway) has entrusted Egis Mobilité with the preliminary studies to develop a new operations control centre, located near Nice.

Our tasks include:

• Carrying out an audit of the operational needs and requirements
• Leading a working group to define the ergonomics, acoustics and lighting of the three Operator Work Stations + Supervisor Work Station
• Carrying out a feasibility study into the implementation of new video surveillance equipment: 6x3m wall of screens, video over IP
• Producing the detailed preliminary design concerning the transfer of the techniques and systems from the Pyramid Operations Control Centre (old building) to the target Operations Control Centre in the Olive Tree building, with no operational downtime.
